A building

Something the purchase has already finished.

A building we own is one the company has bought and has not yet sold. It stays in our name until we decide the sale should start.

What the buyer is told

When we are ready to sell, the note is short and plain. It covers only what we have seen.

  1. 1The full address, and house or flat.
  2. 2The rooms we walked through.
  3. 3The condition in ordinary words: new, tired, or empty.
An open living room with a brown leather sofa, a grey chair, and a kitchen beyond
An open room of the kind written into the note.

No invented rooms

We do not describe a loft or a garden we have not stood in. If a kitchen is new, the note says the kitchen is new. If a room needs work, the note says that too.

Seen

Only rooms we have actually entered are described.

Quiet

Most of the time the building is not on offer, and we are not obliged to show it.

The price stays ours

When we choose to sell, we set the price. It is not an invitation for another firm to list the same building.

You can ask what is included. You cannot ask us to sell a different owner’s house at the same time.

One viewing

A viewing is arranged by email for that address only. Do not come to 48 Spelthorne Lane expecting a row of houses.

If the time no longer works, reply on the same email and we will set another slot, or close the viewing.

Owning is not letting

Asking to live in the building, or to pay rent for it, is outside this work. The company keeps the property until a buyer completes.

If you want to buy one we are ready to sell, name the area on the contact form.

Ask for an area

If you are selling to us, there is nothing to view yet. Send the address you want us to buy. We will say yes with a price, or no.

If you are buying, name the part of the country you want. We answer only when we own a building there.
